East Coast Orthodontics is one of Ireland's top orthodontic practices and has been in operation since 1997. Established by Dr. Jim Griffin, East Coast Orthodontics is located in Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18(see us on googlemaps), and is accessible from Dublin City Center as well as Dundrum.

East Coast Orthodontics aims to provide cutting edge, modern orthodontic treatment at competitive and realistic prices. We use the latest in Dental and Orthodontic technology to help you achieve the perfect smile! We have various treatment options available, ranging from traditional braces to invisible aligners.

About Dr. Jim Griffin

Dr. Jim Griffin East Coast Orthodontics was established in 1997 by Dr. Jim Griffin.
Dr. Jim Griffin graduated from Dublin Dental School, Trinity College Dublin. He worked in general practice in London and Southampton, England. He attended at London Hospital Medical College, Southampton University Hospital and The Regional Orthodontic unit, St. James Hospital Dublin and received his specialist training at Oregon Health Sciences University, Portland Oregon.

Dr. Griffin has a special interest in the application of technology to orthodontics. He is an active member of The Irish Dental Association, Orthodontic Society of Ireland, The American Association of Orthodontists and a past secretary of the Irish American Association of Graduate Dental Specialists.

Our Practice

Our practice is located in Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18 and is easily reached by bus (11) and Luas. We are only a short drive from Dundrum Shopping Center, and are accessible from Dublin City Center via the N11 (into Stillorgan). We have dedicated parking spaces available for patients and a large waiting area. Furthermore, we have bathroom facilities which can be used by patients to wash their teeth before seeing the orthodontist.

We also have a patient login system which you will be introduced to when you start treatment with us. Once you have submitted your email to us, we can send you reminders of upcoming appointments so they don't slip your mind. You can check your upcoming appointments with us by logging in via the "patient login" button at the top of every page.
