Patient Comment: Before coming for treatment with East Coast Orthodontics, I was very conscious about my teeth and rarely smiled in photographs. I was told that treatment could only be carried out with extractions. So I was delighted to hear that it was possible to have orthodontic treatment without the need for extractions using interproximal reduction. My treatment was a complete success and now I love smiling in all my photos!

Dentist Comment: Adriana started as a patient and subsequently joined the practice 6 months into her treatment. Adriana was very concerned about having extractions so we decided to use interproximal reduction to create space for the alignment of upper and lower incisors. If you look carefully at the image below, you can see that he upper canines are slightly reduced in width in the after-photos.
